Additional function

1. For the purposes of clause 2 (k) of the Act, the following is prescribed as an additional function of the Minister:

1.  To assist the Corporation in carrying out the objects described in,

i.  paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2 of section 40 of the Act, and

ii.  paragraph 3 of section 40 of the Act, with respect to certificates of apprenticeship.

2. This Regulation is revoked.
