PRESCRIBED EMPLOYERS

Prescribed employers

1. The following employers are prescribed as employers to whom the Act applies:

1.  The Ontario School Boards’ Insurance Exchange.

Copy of records, statements

2. The following employers shall provide to the following ministries, without charge, a copy of the record or statement the employers are required to make available for inspection by the public under section 3 of the Act and shall do so no later than the fifth business day of March of each year:

1.  The Ontario School Boards’ Insurance Exchange shall provide a copy to the Ministry of Education.

3. Omitted (provides for coming into force of provisions of this Regulation).
