R.R.O. 1990, REGULATION 293

FEES FOR TRANSCRIPTS AND STATEMENTS OF STANDING AND FOR DUPLICATES OF DIPLOMAS, CERTIFICATES AND LETTERS OF STANDING

1. (1) The fee for a transcript of standing, or for a duplicate of a diploma or certificate, obtained in Ontario by a pupil is $20.  R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 293, s. 1; O. Reg. 341/92, s. 1.

(2) The fee set out in subsection (1) shall be adjusted as follows:

1. As of October 1, 1993, to $21.

2. As of July 1, 1994, to $22.

3. As of July 1, 1995, to $23.

4. As of July 1, 1996, to $24.  O. Reg. 522/93, s. 1.

2. (1) The fee for a duplicate of an Ontario Teacher’s Certificate is $37.  R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 293, s. 2; O. Reg. 341/92, s. 2.

(2) The fee set out in subsection (1) shall be adjusted as follows:

1. As of October 1, 1993, to $39.

2. As of July 1, 1994, to $41.

3. As of July 1, 1995, to $43.

4. As of July 1, 1996, to $45.  O. Reg. 522/93, s. 2.

3. (1) The fee for a duplicate of a letter of standing, or of a certificate of qualification as a teacher other than an Ontario Teacher’s Certificate, is $20.  R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 293, s. 3; O. Reg. 341/92, s. 3.

(2) The fee set out in subsection (1) shall be adjusted as follows:

1. As of October 1, 1993, to $21.

2. As of July 1, 1994, to $22.

3. As of July 1, 1995, to $23.

4. As of July 1, 1996, to $24.  O. Reg. 522/93, s. 3.

4. (1) The fee for the preparation by the Ministry, on the request of a teacher, of a statement of standing obtained, and a description of courses completed, at a teacher’s education institution in Ontario is $20.  R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 293, s. 4; O. Reg. 341/92, s. 4.

(2) The fee set out in subsection (1) shall be adjusted as follows:

1. As of October 1, 1993, to $21.

2. As of July 1, 1994, to $22.

3. As of July 1, 1995, to $23.
