Prescribed school health programs and services
1. (1) Pursuant to subsections 6 (1) and (3) of the Act, every board of health shall provide the health programs and services set out in Column 1 of the Table to this section for the classifications of pupils set out opposite the program or service in Column 2 of the Table. O. Reg. 413/15, s. 2.
(2) In the Table,
“assessment” means the systematic collection and analysis of information in respect of an individual in order to provide a basis for making decisions about that individual’s health care; (“évaluation”)
“surveillance” means the systematic and ongoing collection, collation and analysis of information in respect of a population of individuals in order for a board of health to plan, monitor, report on and evaluate programs. (“surveillance”) O. Reg. 413/15, s. 2.
