Amending O. Reg. 414/06

(Training Completion Assurance Fund and Other Financial Matters)

1. The definition of “financial statements” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 414/06 is amended by striking out “pro forma” and substituting “forecasted”.

2. Subsection 14 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the amount of the college’s annual premium for the same fiscal year, as determined in accordance with section 26” and substituting “the amount determined under clause 26 (3) (b) for the same fiscal year”.

3. (1) Clause 21 (1) (a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “prepared” and substituting “compiled, reviewed or audited”.

(2) Clause 21 (1) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “prepared” and substituting “compiled, reviewed or audited”.

4. Subsection 33 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “pro forma” and substituting “forecasted”.

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
