Amending O. Reg. 366/07
(Equipment)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 366/07 is revoked and the following substituted:
Firearms
1. An individual licensee may use a firearm in the provision of private investigator or security guard services only if he or she is authorized to carry the firearm under section 20 of the Firearms Act (Canada).
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
