Amending O. Reg. 208/09
(TOBACCO - POWERS OF LOCAL BOARD)
1. Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 of section 2 of Ontario Regulation 208/09 are revoked.
2. Section 3 of the Regulation is revoked.
3. (1) Subsections 4 (1) and (2) of the Regulation are revoked.
(2) Clause 4 (3) (a) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(a) use money received or held by the local board for the purposes of paying the expenses it incurs in the exercise of the powers delegated to the local board by the Commission, but for no other purpose; and
4. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 5 (1) of the Regulation is revoked.
(2) Paragraph 2 of subsection 5 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
2. On request by a producer, to provide services to the producer with respect to the assembling, buying, offering for sale, selling, storing or transporting, as the case may be, of tobacco.
5. Section 6 of the Regulation is revoked.
6. Subsections 7 (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (7) and (8) of the Regulation are revoked.
Commencement
7. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
