Amending O. Reg. 225/98

(ADMINISTRATION AND COST SHARING)

1. The definition of “delivery agent” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 225/98 is amended by striking out “subsection 2.1 (2) or 2.2 (2)” and substituting “subsection 2.1 (2) or 2.2 (2) or section 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 or 2.6”.

2. Paragraph 4 of subsection 5.8 (2) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

4. Clause 82 (1) (w) of the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
