Amending O. Reg. 73/94

(GENERAL)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 73/94 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

15. Treasury Board Secretariat.

2. Section 2 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

15. Treasury Board Secretariat.

3. Subsection 3 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

10.1 Invasive Species Act, 2015.

16.1 Places to Grow Act, 2005.

4. Subsection 9 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

8.2 Invasive Species Act, 2015.

Commencement

5. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2016 and the day it is filed.

(2) Section 4 comes into force on the later of the day the Invasive Species Act, 2015 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
