(CALCULATION OF FEES FOR PUPILS FOR THE 2015-2016 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)
1. (1) Subparagraph 16 i of subsection 3 (3) of Ontario Regulation 196/15 is amended by striking out “paragraphs 8 and 9 of subsection 45 (1)” and substituting “subsections 45 (9) and (10)”.
(2) Subparagraph 6 ii of subsection 3 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Native Studies” and substituting “First Nation, Métis and Inuit studies”.
(3) Subparagraph 15 i of subsection 3 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraphs 8 and 9 of subsection 45 (1)” and substituting “subsections 45 (9) and (10)”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
