Amending Reg. 572 of R.R.O. 1990
(WARRANT)
1. Section 1 of Regulation 572 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Form 1” at the end and substituting “the form entitled “Warrant - Regulation 572”, dated April 2017 and available on the website of the Government of Ontario Central Forms Repository under the listing for the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care”.
2. Form 1 of the Regulation is revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
