Amending O. Reg. 502/99
(NUMBER OF JUDGES)
1. Subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 502/99 is amended by striking out “there shall be 231 judges of the Superior Court of Justice, of whom 29 shall be appointed to be members of the Family Court” at the end and substituting “there shall be 243 judges of the Superior Court of Justice, of whom 35 shall be appointed to be members of the Family Court”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
