Amending O. Reg. 367/11

(GENERAL)

1. Section 115 of Ontario Regulation 367/11 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2) However, for the period beginning on December 11, 2017 and ending on December 31, 2018, a dssab service manager shall use the method of apportionment for housing costs that the dssab service manager was using on December 10, 2017.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
