Amending O. Reg. 108/11
(FORMS)
1. (1) The French version of section 8 of Ontario Regulation 108/11 is amended by striking out “d’échéance” and substituting “d’exigibilité”.
(2) Section 8 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(2) Despite subsection (1), Form 10.1, 10.2 or 10.3 may be used instead of Form 10 in The Regional Municipality of York.
2. The French version of section 15 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “d’échéance” and substituting “d’exigibilité”.
3. The Table of Forms to the Regulation is amended by striking out,
