Amending O. Reg. 166/11
(GENERAL)
1. The following provisions of Ontario Regulation 166/11 are amended by striking out “or the Food and Drugs Act (Canada)” wherever that expression appears and substituting in each case “the Food and Drugs Act (Canada) or any applicable federal law related to cannabis”:
1. Subclause 5 (3) (b) (i).
2. Subclause 5 (3) (b) (ii).
3. Subclause 5 (3) (b) (iv).
4. Paragraph 1 of subsection 13 (3).
5. Paragraph 2 of subsection 13 (3).
6. Paragraph 4 of subsection 13 (3).
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
