Amending O. Reg. 369/09
(POWER-ASSISTED BICYCLES)
1. Subsection 3 (2) of Ontario Regulation 369/09 is revoked and the following substituted:
(2) The motor of a power-assisted bicycle must cease to propel the bicycle forward if pedalling stops, the accelerator is released or the brakes are applied.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

CORRECTION
The version of this Regulation that was published on December 6, 2018 contained a publication error. It showed that the Regulation was made on November 20, 2018. In fact, the Regulation was made on November 26, 2018. The correct version was published on December 7, 2018. This correction notice was posted on December 10, 2018.
