Amending O. Reg. 340/94
(DRIVERS’ LICENCES)
1. (1) Clause 26 (1.4) (c) of Ontario Regulation 340/94 is amended by striking out the portion before subclause (i) and substituting the following:
(c) $180 if the suspension commenced on or after July 1, 2015 but on or before December 31, 2016 and,
. . . . .
(2) Clause 26 (1.4) (d) of the Regulation is amended by striking out the portion before subclause (i) and substituting the following:
(d) $198 if the suspension commenced on or after July 1, 2015 but on or before December 31, 2016 and,
. . . . .
(3) Clause 26 (1.4) (e) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(e) $198 if the suspension commenced on or after January 1, 2017 but on or before December 31, 2018 and,
(i) is not extended after December 31, 2018 by a subsequent suspension, or
(ii) the holder is not subject after December 31, 2018 to a provision of the Act that would impose a suspension if the licence were not already suspended;
(f) $275 if the suspension commenced on or after January 1, 2017 but on or before December 31, 2018 and,
(i) is extended after December 31, 2018 by a subsequent suspension, or
(ii) the holder is subject after December 31, 2018 to a provision of the Act that would impose a suspension if the licence were not already suspended;
(g) $275 if the suspension commenced on or after January 1, 2019.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2019 and the day it is filed.
