Amending O. Reg. 664/98
(FISH LICENSING)
1. Subsection 31.1 (2.2) of Ontario Regulation 664/98 is revoked and the following substituted:
(2.2) The Memorandum of Understanding between The Nipissing First Nation and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry, dated March 11, 2019, shall be deemed to be a commercial fishing licence on and after March 11, 2019.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
