Amending O. Reg. 229/09
(GENERAL)
1. Paragraph 3 of subsection 13 (3) of Ontario Regulation 229/09 is revoked and the following substituted:
3. Multiply the percentage determined under paragraph 2 by the taxes imposed under the Act for the base property for the taxation year.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
