(SITING RESTRICTIONS FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY GENERATION FACILITIES)
1. Subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 274/18 is amended by striking out the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting the following:
(1) This Regulation applies with respect to the following renewable energy generation facilities if the facility meets the description set out in clause 1 (1) (c) of Ontario Regulation 121/19 (Transitional Matters — Renewable Energy Generation Facilities) made under the Planning Act:

Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 8 (9) of the Green Energy Repeal Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
