Amending O. Reg. 91/02
(GENERAL)
1. Item 22 of the Table to section 6 of Ontario Regulation 91/02 is amended by striking out “Financial Services Commission of Ontario” in Column 1 and substituting “Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 3 of Schedule 16 to the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
