Amending O. Reg. 277/12
(REPORTING OF HAZARDS AND FINDINGS)
1. Clause 17 (3) (d) of Ontario Regulation 277/12 is revoked and the following substituted:
(d) anything that must be reported by a veterinarian under section 14 of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019, which includes,
(i) abuse,
(ii) being subjected to undue physical or psychological hardship, privation or neglect, including by participating in fights with other animals, or
(iii) being trained to fight another animal.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 14 of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
