Amending O. Reg. 108/11

1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 108/11 is amended by adding the following subsection:
(4) Despite subsection (1), a certificate of offence issued in proceedings based on evidence obtained through the use of an automated speed enforcement system shall be in Form 2.2.
2. (1) Subsection 3 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and” at the end of clause (a), by adding “and” at the end of clause (b) and by adding the following clause:
(c) an offence notice issued in proceedings based on evidence obtained through the use of an automated speed enforcement system shall be in Form 5.2.
(2) Subsection 3 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and” at the end of clause (a), by adding “and” at the end of clause (b) and by adding the following clause:
(c) an offence notice issued in proceedings referred to in clause (3) (c) shall be in Form 6.2.
3. The Table of Forms to the Regulation is amended by adding the following rows:

Commencement
4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
