Amending O. Reg. 51/20
(EMERGENCY ORDER UNDER SUBSECTION 7.0.2 (4) OF THE ACT)
1. The title to Ontario Regulation 51/20 is revoked and the following substituted:
ORDER UNDER SUBSECTION 7.0.2 (4) OF THE ACT - Closure of Establishments
2. The Regulation is amended by striking out “until March 31st, 2020 unless this Order is terminated earlier” and substituting “and this Order applies generally throughout Ontario”.
3. Subparagraph 4 iii of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
iii. ensures that a maximum of 50 persons, including any children, are present at any time at the child care centre.
