Amending Reg. 909 of R.R.O. 1990
(GENERAL)
1. Paragraph 2 of section 1.5 of Regulation 909 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding “and” at the end of subparagraph i and by adding the following subparagraph:
ii. ceases to have effect in Ontario on July 1, 2020 with respect to British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Quebec and Saskatchewan; however, any matter related to a pension plan that was subject to the agreement on June 30, 2020, and that was still pending on that date before a person who had supervisory or regulatory powers under the pension benefits legislation of any of the parties to the agreement, an administrative body or a court, continues to be subject to the requirements of the agreement.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
