Amending Reg. 611 of R.R.O. 1990
(SAFETY INSPECTIONS)
1. (1) Subsection 8 (10) of Regulation 611 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “or a mobile crane” at the end and substituting “that is equipped with one or more planetary drive axles or to a mobile crane that is equipped with one or more planetary drive axles”.
(2) Subsection 8 (10) of the Regulation, as amended by subsection (1), is revoked.

2. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 212/18, which would revoke subsection 8 (10) of Regulation 611 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990, is revoked.

3. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 37/19, which would revoke the French version of subsection 8 (10) of Regulation 611 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990, is revoked.
Commencement
4. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsection 1 (1) comes into force on January 1, 2021.
(3) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on July 1, 2021.
