Amending Reg. 831 of R.R.O. 1990

(FEES)

1. Section 1 of Regulation 831 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “a barrister and solicitor” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “a licensee under the Law Society Act”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 6 of Schedule 13 to the COVID-19 Response and Reforms to Modernize Ontario Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
