Amending O. Reg. 364/20
(RULES FOR AREAS IN STAGE 3)
1. (1) Subparagraph 5 i of subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 2 to Ontario Regulation 364/20 is revoked and the following substituted:
i. record the name and contact information of at least one member of every party of patrons that enters an indoor or outdoor dining area in the establishment, other than patrons who temporarily enter the area to place, pick up or pay for a takeout order,
(2) Section 1 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(5) In this section,
“party” means a group of one or more patrons.
(3) Subsection 14 (2) of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a casino, bingo hall or gaming establishment that operates in accordance with a plan for the operation of casinos, bingo halls or gaming establishments approved by the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health.
(4) Subparagraph 4 i of subsection 19 (1) of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
i. record the name and contact information of at least one member of every party of patrons that participates in the tour,
(5) Subparagraph 6 i of subsection 19 (2) of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
i. record the name and contact information of at least one member of every party of patrons that is on the tour boat,
(6) Section 19 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(3) In this section,
“party” means a group of one or more patrons.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of August 21, 2020 and the day it is filed.
