Amending O. Reg. 293/92
(SUPERIOR COURT OF JUSTICE AND COURT OF APPEAL - FEES)
1. Clause 1.2 (2) (b) of Ontario Regulation 293/92 is revoked and the following substituted:
(b) proceedings to enforce a parenting order, contact order or order for support made under an Act referred to in clause (a).
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 1 to the Moving Ontario Family Law Forward Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
