Amending O. Reg. 24/10
(CUSTODY CLAIMS BY NON-PARENTS)
1. The title to Ontario Regulation 24/10 is revoked and the following substituted:
Claims by Non-Parents for Decision-Making Responsibility
2. Clause 1 (3) (d) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “custody of a child” at the end and substituting “decision-making responsibility with respect to a child”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 3 (1) of Schedule 1 to the Moving Ontario Family Law Forward Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
