Amending O. Reg. 681/94
(CLASSIFICATION OF PROPOSALS FOR INSTRUMENTS)
1. (1) Paragraph 9 of section 12 of Ontario Regulation 681/94 is revoked and the following substituted:
9. A proposal to file a closure plan under clause 140 (2) (a) of the Mining Act and to give written confirmation of the filing of the closure plan.
(2) Paragraph 10 of section 12 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
10. A proposal to file a closure plan under clause 141 (2) (a) of the Mining Act and to give written confirmation of the filing of the closure plan.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the latest of,
(a) the day section 6 of Schedule 7 to the Better for People, Smarter for Business Act, 2019 comes into force;
(b) April 1, 2021; and
(c) the day this Regulation is filed.
