Amending O. Reg. 394/10
(SUITE METERS AND APPORTIONMENT OF UTILITY COSTS)
1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 19 (1) of Ontario Regulation 394/10 is revoked and the following substituted:
1. A rental unit located in a residential complex owned, operated or administered by or on behalf of the Government of Canada or an agency of the Government of Canada, unless the tenant occupying the rental unit pays rent to a landlord other than the Government of Canada or an agency of the Government of Canada.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 3 to the Protecting Tenants and Strengthening Community Housing Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
