Amending O. Reg. 141/21
(PILOT PROJECT - CARGO POWER-ASSISTED BICYCLES)
1. The definition of “cargo power-assisted bicycle” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 141/21 is amended by adding the following clause:
(d.1) has a weight of more than 55 kilograms,
