Amending O. Reg. 108/11

1. The rows for Forms 1, 2, 2.1, 2.2, 3, 4, 5, 5.1, 5.2, 6, 6.1, 6.2, 7, 7.1, 7.2 and 9 in the Table of Forms to Ontario Regulation 108/11 are amended by striking out the date in the column titled “Date of Form” and substituting “May 10, 2021”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 39 to the Protect, Support and Recover from COVID-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
