Amending O. Reg. 90/99

(LICENCE REQUIREMENTS — ELECTRICITY RETAILERS AND GAS MARKETERS)

1. Ontario Regulation 90/99 is amended by adding the following section:

8. Sections 3 to 7 do not apply with respect to a licence issued under Part V of the Act to an electricity retailer that is an eligible generator within the meaning of Ontario Regulation 679/21 (Community Net Metering Projects) made under the Act, in relation to a prescribed project under that Regulation.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
