Amending Reg. 95 of R.R.O. 1990
(EXEMPTIONS)
1. Paragraph 7 of subsection 2 (2) of Regulation 95 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding “personal delivery, prepaid courier if there is a record by the person who has delivered it that the notice has been sent, or electronic means if the member consents to delivery by electronic means” at the end.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 33 to the Protecting What Matters Most Act (Budget Measures), 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
