Amending O. Reg. 267/03
(GENERAL)
1. (1) Clause (a) of the definition of “Nutrient Management Protocol” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 267/03 is amended by striking out “July 25, 2012” and substituting “November 10, 2021”.
(2) The French version of the definition of “nutrient unit” in subsection 1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “qui donne à l’engrais une valeur de remplacement” and substituting “qui donne une valeur de remplacement de l’engrais”.
2. The French version of paragraph 3 of subsection 5 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “et que celle-ci est effectuée” in the portion before subparagraph i and substituting “et que celui-ci est effectué”.
3. (1) Paragraph 2 of subsection 52.5 (2) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
2. If at least 30 per cent of the land surface is covered by crop residue, as determined in accordance with the Nutrient Management Protocol, or if the land is covered by a living crop, the application must be done by one of the methods described in paragraph 1 or by surface application.
(2) Paragraph 2 of subsection 52.5 (4) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

4. The French version of subsection 67 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “conditions du sol sous le site” and substituting “conditions du site”.
5. (1) The French version of clause 71 (1) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “déversements” and substituting “fuites”.
(2) The French version of subclause 71 (3) (a) (iii) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “déversements” and substituting “fuites”.
6. Clause 79 (1) (a) of the Regulation is revoked.
7. The French version of subsection 87 (3) of the Regulation is amended by adding “flexible” after “étanche”.
8. (1) Paragraph 3 of subsection 98.0.6 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Sampling and Analysis Protocol” and substituting “Nutrient Management Protocol”.
(2) Paragraph 4 of subsection 98.0.6 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “plant available potassium is more” and substituting “plant available potassium, determined in accordance with the Nutrient Management Protocol, is more”.
9. Subsection 98.0.8 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “section 8.2.4 of”.
10. Subsection 101 (3) of the Regulation is revoked.

11. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2022 and the day it is filed.
