Amending O. Reg. 41/10
(BOARD BORROWING, INVESTING AND OTHER FINANCIAL MATTERS)
1. Paragraph 3 of subsection 7 (3) of Ontario Regulation 41/10 is revoked and the following substituted:
3. A credit union or central to which the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020 applies.
2. (1) Subparagraph 3 iii of section 9 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
iii. a credit union or central to which the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020 applies.
(2) Subparagraph 4 iii of section 9 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
iii. a credit union or central to which the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020 applies.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 7 (Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020) to the Protect, Support and Recover from COVID-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
