Revoking Various Regulations
Revocations
1. The following Regulations made under the Home Care and Community Services Act, 1994 are revoked:
1. Ontario Regulation 386/99 (Provision of Community Services).
2. Ontario Regulation 179/95 (Conveyance of Assets).
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 3 of Schedule 1 to the Connecting People to Home and Community Care Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
