Amending Reg. 851 of R.R.O. 1990
(INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS)
1. The definition of “professional engineer” in section 1 of Regulation 851 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.
2. The English version of section 7 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “a professional engineer” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “an engineer”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 15 to the Supporting People and Businesses Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
