Amending O. Reg. 420/21
(NOTICES AND REPORTS UNDER SECTIONS 51 TO 53.1 OF THE ACT - FATALITIES, CRITICAL INJURIES, OCCUPATIONAL ILLNESSES AND OTHER INCIDENTS)
1. The English version of subsection 4 (3) of Ontario Regulation 420/21 is amended by striking out “a professional engineer” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “an engineer”.
2. (1) The English version of subsection 5 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “a professional engineer’s” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “an engineer’s” and by striking out “a professional engineer” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “an engineer”.
(2) The English version of subsection 5 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “professional”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 15 to the Supporting People and Businesses Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
