Amending O. Reg. 99/23

(LICENSING - TEMPORARY HELP AGENCIES AND RECRUITERS)

1. Subsection 13 (1) of Ontario Regulation 99/23 is amended by striking out “January 1, 2024” and substituting “July 1, 2024”.

2. Subsection 14 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “January 1, 2024” and substituting “July 1, 2024”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
