Amending O. Reg. 620/05
(HIGH OCCUPANCY VEHICLE LANES)
1. (1) Subsection 1 (1) of Schedule A to Ontario Regulation 620/05 is amended by striking out “1,100 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as 16th Avenue” and substituting “350 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as York Road 14 - Stouffville Road”.
(2) Subsection 1 (2) of Schedule A to the Regulation is amended by striking out “567 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Regional Road Highway 7” and substituting “547 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as York Road 14 - Stouffville Road”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
