Amending O. Reg. 475/07

(SERVICE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS - SERVICEONTARIO)

1. Subsection 1.1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 475/07 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

10.  Providing authentication services in relation to a program or service administered by a ministry or an agency of the Government.

2. (1) Paragraph 1 of section 13 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “administering examination services” and substituting “administering examinations”.

(2) Section 13 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

2.1  Administering examinations to members of the public who are 80 years of age or older that are required by the Minister of Transportation to renew, maintain or reinstate a driver’s licence.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of December 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
