Amending O. Reg. 336/07

(DESIGNATED PUBLIC BODIES)

1. (1) Paragraph 4 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 336/07 is revoked.

(2) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

81. Minister’s Advisory Council on Special Education.

(3) The French version of paragraphs 132 and 133 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

132. Tribunal de l’éducation spécialisée de l’Ontario (anglais).

133. Tribunal de l’éducation spécialisée de l’Ontario (français).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (4) of Schedule 2 to the Better Schools and Student Outcomes Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
