Amending O. Reg. 146/10

(PUBLIC BODIES AND COMMISSION PUBLIC BODIES - DEFINITIONS)

1. (1) Item 4 of Table 1 to Ontario Regulation 146/10 is revoked.

(2) Table 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

Minister’s Advisory Council on Special Education

(3) The French version of items 121 and 122 of Table 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (4) of Schedule 2 to the Better Schools and Student Outcomes Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
