Amending O. Reg. 288/01

(TERMINATION AND SEVERANCE OF EMPLOYMENT)

1. (1) Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 288/01 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2.1) The following information is prescribed for the purposes of clause 58 (2) (c) of the Act:

1. Provincial employment services that are available to the affected employees.

(2) Subsection 3 (3.4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsection (2)” and substituting “subsections (2) and (2.1)”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.
