Amending O. Reg. 340/94

(DRIVERS’ LICENCES)

1. Paragraph 9 of subsection 26 (1.1) of Ontario Regulation 340/94 is amended by adding “or under Part VIII of Ontario Regulation 287/08 (Conduct Review Programs) made under the Act” at the end.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 17 (2) of the Safer Roads and Communities Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
