Amending O. Reg. 273/07

(ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES)

1. Subsection 1 (3) of Ontario Regulation 273/07 is amended by adding “or under Part VIII of Ontario Regulation 287/08 (Conduct Review Programs) made under the Act” after “of the Act”.

2. (1) Subsection 2 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “five years” and substituting “10 years”.

(2) Subsection 2 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding “or under Part VIII of Ontario Regulation 287/08 (Conduct Review Programs) made under the Act” at the end.

Commencement

3. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 17 (2) of the Safer Roads and Communities Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(2) Subsection 2 (1) comes into force on the later of the day section 6 of the Safer Roads and Communities Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
