Amending O. Reg. 355/22

(ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES FOR CONTRAVENTIONS DETECTED USING CAMERA SYSTEMS)

1. Paragraph 1 of section 2 of Ontario Regulation 355/22 is revoked.

2. Subsection 3 (1) of the Regulation is revoked.

3. Subparagraph 2 i of section 4 of the Regulation is revoked.

4. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 6 (1) of the Regulation is revoked.

(2) Paragraph 6 of subsection 6 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “(2) to (5)” and substituting “(3) to (5)”.

(3) Subsection 6 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.

(4) Tables 1 and 2 to section 6 of the Regulation are revoked.

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
